Is "Shoot Em Up" not available on Netflix streaming because of licensing issues?

depending on the Hollywood person and their body of work.

My question would be "How can I work for/with you?"

What is the one thing, in all your time working in Hollywood, that you regret the most?

Was it a project you passed on, a collaboration that failed to materialize or just an interaction with someone that didn't go the way you wanted?

Do the studios approach companies about using products in movies in order to beef up the budget or do the studios simply issue press releases and then wait for different companies to come in with their Best Offers on how much they are willing to pay in order to get their product into a film?

What percentage of a films budget comes from investors like these?

How do you see the popularity of DVR's affecting marketing as far as television commercials, product placement, film budgets, etc. goes since people can choose what they want to watch?
